Bulk Water

Due to recommendations from the DNR, and our cross connection control contractor we will no longer have our hydrant meter rentals available effective April 1, 2012. This is to insure the integrity and the safety of our water for residents in Wisconsin Rapids. The option of obtaining bulk water remains available through our overhead filling device and our 1½” hose fill option utilizing a 1½” cam lock connector at our plant facilities at 221 16^th Street South. Hours to obtain water will be 8 AM to 6 PM Monday thru Saturday, with pre authorization of sales to be completed with the office prior to the time of water pick up, office hours are 7AM to 4:30PM.

Bulk water rates from WWLC’S potable water station will be charged on a volumetric only basis of $10 per unit equivalent to 748 gallons. This amount reflects the base irrigation rate, as well as significant cost recovery towards the $50 service charge that was previously charged for administrative fees per hook up.
