Pay and/or view your bill on line for FREE. Make a one-time or recurring payment (note: cannot be more than 15 days prior to your due date) on the date of your choice, view your usage and payment history, choose to stop receiving paper bills, or choose to get an email notification that your bill is ready to view and pay on line, and much more.  Just click on the Xpress Bill Pay link: www.xpressbillpay.com to get started.

Automatic Bill Payment

FREE monthly authorization to deduct your payment from a checking or savings account on the due date of your utility bill. Sign up on line, in our office or call 423-6300.  Two-week notice required for cancellation.

 Credit / Debit Card Payments

Pay with Visa or MasterCard by linking to www.officialpayments.com or by calling 1-800-272-9829.  Use jurisdiction code 5956 to designate your payment to us.  There is a $5.95 convenience fee added by Official Payments Corporation.
