The Water Works and Lighting Commission is accepting applications for the position of Customer Support Supervisor. The Customer Support Supervisor is directly responsible for the customer service functions of the Utility in the areas of customer relations, billing, and collections within the rules set forth by applicable governing bodies of the Utility.  This position supervises a staff of six Customer Service Representatives.  This individual promotes a work environment of professionalism, accountability, trust and will characterize the benefits of community ownership.  The Customer Support Supervisor position is an exempt position and reports to the Director of Finance.
