Each unit of the same size and on-time period shall be billed the same amount of energy as used by the metered unit of its size and on-time period.
Conditions On Installation of Poles
- The Utility shall own and maintain all poles supporting Ornamental and Overhead lighting. The type of pole used shall be determined by the Utility with input from the City.
- Security lighting customers shall have the options of either owning and maintaining poles used exclusively for security lighting or paying a monthly pole charge for a pole used exclusively for security lighting or having a security light installed on a building in a manner that is acceptable to the Utility. If the customer chooses to own and maintain their pole, the cost associated with the installation of the pole must be paid to the Utility prior to installation.
