Budget Payment Plan
Our budget billing program allows you to even out your energy costs over the course of a year through a fixed payment each month. With this payment plan, you will not experience the fluctuations that normally occur during the summer and winter months. To qualify for this program your balance must be current. We recommend at least 6 months of utility history at your current residence in order to calculate an accurate payment. Every 6 months, your bill is reviewed and adjusted to correct any over billing or under billing.
A locked drop box is located outside our front entrance or you can use the drive up box located off Peach Street. (no cash)
You may pay your current utility bill at the following locations:
Water Works and Lighting office
City Treasurer’s office (in City Hall)
Baker Drive IGA
West Grand IGA
*Any bill showing a previous balance must be paid at the utility office.
Payment arrangements can be made via E-Mail.
